How Your Order Gets to You
Plain answers on processing times, shipping costs, and what to expect right now — while our fulfillment setup is in transition.
Orders ship within 3–5 business days
Right now, every order is processed by hand — packed, labeled, and dropped at the carrier by our small team in New York. We do not have a warehouse partner yet, so processing takes longer than it eventually will.
- Current window: 3–5 business days from order confirmation to carrier handoff.
- Cutoff: orders placed after 2 pm ET start processing the next business day.
- Weekends & holidays: we don’t process on weekends or US federal holidays.
Domestic flat-rate shipping
All domestic orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground (we pick whichever is faster for your address). Tracking is included on every order at no extra charge.
- Standard (3–7 business days): flat $5.95 — free on orders over $75.
- Priority (2–3 business days): flat $12.95.
- Rush / overnight: not offered at this time while fulfillment is manual.
International: we don’t yet ship outside the US. International shipping is part of the 3PL rollout below — sign up to our TikTok for the announcement.
3PL partner transition
Fulfillment is currently handled in-house from New York. We’re onboarding a third-party logistics (3PL) partner to take over warehousing, packing, and shipping.
- What changes for you: faster processing (target: 1–2 business days) and reliable international shipping.
- When: the transition is in progress. We’ll update this page on the day the 3PL partner takes over.
- Until then: the processing times and shipping methods above are the source of truth. Please plan accordingly for gifts or deadlines.
